Just like one benefits package does not fit all clients, neither does one compensation structure. Because we pride ourselves on being fair and fully transparent with our clients, we strongly feel that it’s in your best interest to determine the compensation arrangement that makes the most sense for your company.
Commission Compensation: A commission may be paid to Grooms Benefit Solutions by the insurer (for the work they do on behalf of you) that reflects either:
Fee-Based Compensation: In lieu of commission compensation, employers can choose to pay Grooms Benefit Solutions a monthly (or quarterly) fee, based on a contracted scope of services.
Hybrid Compensation: A unique compensation arrangement combining commissions and fees.
Pay for Performance Compensation: This service model reflects a baseline project fee, with additional negotiated compensation only when we meet or exceed your predetermined financial goals.
