Much like how one benefits package doesn't suit every client's unique needs, a one-size-fits-all compensation structure doesn't either. Our commitment to objectivity, fairness, and transparency with our clients allows us to recommend that you tailor your compensation arrangement to best align with your company's financial objectives and circumstances.

COMMISSION COMPENSATION

A commission may be paid to us by an insurer that reflects a percentage of the premium charged for a policy, or a fixed PEPM (Per Employee Per Month) fee.

FIXED FEE COMPENSATION

Instead of paying commissions, employers can choose to pay us a fixed fee based on a predetermined and contracted scope of services.

HYBRID COMPENSATION

A uniquely tailored compensation arrangement that combines our commissions and fixed fee compensation structures.

PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION

Offers a baseline project fee, with additional negotiated compensation only when we meet or exceed your predetermined benefit goals.
